Terms of Use

This page explains the basic terms of use and service for individuals visiting the Pentograf website, as well as persons and institutions conducting proposal or project discussions for advertising, branding, design, production, social media, web, and digital communication services.

Last update: May 25, 2026

1. Scope

These terms are applicable to the pentograf.com domain, content shared by Pentograf, and preliminary project consultations. The text, visuals, case study content, and referrals on the website are for informational purposes only; they do not replace a separate written proposal, contract, or agreement.

2. Proposal, project and approval process

For advertising, brand identity, website, production, social media, campaign, and digital experience projects, the scope, schedule, budget, revision rights, and delivery method are clarified on a project-by-project basis. The service begins upon the written approval of both parties and agreement on the payment plan, if applicable.

3. Content, brand assets, and third-party rights

It is accepted that the right to use the logo, text, image, video, product information, brand guidelines, and similar materials provided by the customer belongs to the customer. Stock images, fonts, software, plug-ins, media purchasing, or third-party licenses may be separately regulated according to the scope of the project.

4. Intellectual property and portfolio use

The usage rights of final deliveries that are completed and paid for are transferred or licensed to the client within the scope specified in the project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pentograf may showcase the completed works as a reference in portfolios, presentations, social media, and award applications.

5. Payment, cancellation, and revision

The fee, payment schedule, delivery milestones, and number of revisions are specified in the proposal or contract. Out-of-scope requests, additional revisions, expedited deliveries, or third-party costs may be priced separately. Cancellation terms will be evaluated taking into account the progress of the project and the work completed.

6. Responsibility and communication

Pentograf takes reasonable care to ensure that the website content is up-to-date and accurate; however, the information on the website alone does not constitute a binding service commitment. For questions regarding this page, you can contact us at hello@pentograf.com.
