Privacy and protection of personal data
Data controller
Pentograf Görsel İletişim ve Reklamcılık Limited Şirketi ("Pentograf" or the "Studio"), registered under number 54989 at the Denizli Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü (Denizli Trade Registry Office) with MERSİS number 0728089367600001, located at Adalet Mahallesi, 10088 Sokak No: 1 İç Kapı No: 16, OfficePark, Merkezefendi / Denizli, is the Data Controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). For questions, write to [email protected].
What information do we collect?
Through the contact form: name, company, email address, project needs and message content; the contact details you share when you reach us by email or phone; and technical records generated while the site operates (server logs such as IP address and date-time) may be processed.
Why do we use the data?
The information we collect is used for project evaluation, preparing proposals, communication, service planning, managing client relationships, keeping the site secure and complying with legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Under Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for us to meet our legal obligations, and — provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — our legitimate interests. Where these grounds do not apply, your explicit consent is sought.
Who can it be shared with?
Your data may be shared only when necessary and only to the extent the work requires, with service providers such as project teams, independent specialists, production suppliers and hosting/infrastructure providers. It is not transferred to third parties unless legally required (court order, request from an authorised institution), and under no circumstances is it sold.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential technical cookies required for it to function. These do not require consent; the site does not work properly without them.
We measure visit counts with Cloudflare Web Analytics and with our own measurement layer, both without cookies. This measurement sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device and does not follow you across other sites; it only produces aggregate statistics such as which pages were viewed how often, how long a page was viewed, how far it was scrolled, and which country and city, which source (search engine, social network, advert) and which device type a visit came from. Your IP address is not stored; visits are grouped with a key that changes every day and cannot be linked to individual people.
In the preference panel, you can select optional tools separately by purpose: Google Analytics for analytics; Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel for ad conversion measurement and retargeting; Microsoft Clarity and Pentograf heatmaps for experience analysis. Anything you type into form fields is never recorded. Tools in categories you do not allow are not loaded, and the site works as usual.
If you allow optional third-party tools, usage data may be processed by Google, Meta and Microsoft using infrastructure outside Türkiye and may be transferred abroad. You can make a separate choice for each purpose group in the preference panel.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” button in the footer. The consent record is kept for at most 180 days, after which the preference is asked again. Behaviour records are kept for at most 90 days and then deleted. You can also send a request by writing to [email protected].
Retention and security
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing continues and in line with statutory retention periods; when the period expires it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are applied to keep the data secure.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties it has been transferred to; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; request that these operations be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result arising against you from analysis made exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
You can send requests concerning these rights to [email protected]. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. If your application is rejected or you find the response insufficient, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
Terms of use
Scope
These terms apply to the pentograf.com domain, content shared by Pentograf, and preliminary project discussions. Materials on the website are for information only; they do not replace a written proposal or contract.
Proposals, projects and approval
For advertising, brand identity, web, production and digital work, the scope, schedule, budget and revision rights are set per project. A service begins with the parties’ written approval and, where applicable, agreement on a payment plan.
Content, brand materials and third-party rights
Materials supplied by the client are assumed to be materials the client holds the right to use. Stock images, fonts and third-party licences may be arranged separately according to the scope of the project.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
Usage rights to final, paid deliverables are transferred to the client within the scope set out in the project contract. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Pentograf may use completed work as references in its portfolio.
Payment, cancellation and revisions
Fees and payment timing are set out in the proposal or contract. Out-of-scope requests and additional revisions may be priced separately.
Liability and contact
Pentograf takes reasonable care to keep the site content current and accurate. For questions, write to [email protected].
